Ready for Universal Credit?
 
A housing association has spent thousands of pounds on debt advice and targeted campaigns to help tenants pay their rent and sustain their tenancies ahead of Universal Credit.
 
North West-based Regenda, which manages 13,000 properties, says it spent £250,000 last year and this year to put extra resources in to helping residents with debt advice and getting ready for Universal Credit.
